In 1998 on the 135th Anniversary of the battle of Gettysburg during the American Civil War about 30,000+ Reenactors put on a show for at least 50,000+ some Spectators. 3 to 4 days of battle scenerios was put on for the people. It was put on in viewing distance of the actual battlefield. In the distance you can see Big Round Top. This was the last battle of the last day. Picketts Charge. Part 2 of Seven Acres Antique Village & Museums Union,Il. reenactment of the James/Younger Gang Robbing the Northfield ,Minnasota Bank 1986 www.wildwesttown.com September 7 , 1876 Jesse James, Frank James, Cole Younger, Bob Younger, Jim Younger, Bill Stiles (killed), Clell Miller (Killed) Charlie Pitts ( Killed after) tried to rob the Minnasota Bank. They came across a town willing to fight and destroy a Gang of thieves. In the end three outlaws lay dead, three wounded, captured and prisoned and 2 citizens murdered. Bank teller Joesph Heywood and a foreigner named Nicholas Gustafson.
