My first attempt at a "classical guitar" type piece. Just a rough one shot take, could use a bit more polish! I'm open to feedback on how to improve the performance. This is also my "minimal" setup, no external effects processors, just the instrument and an Acoustic Image Coda R amp straight to the computer. One of my all time favorite songs, been working on this Stick arrangement a while. In an effort to get more videos up I'm recording only 2 or 3 takes and using the most useable parts rather than spending hours obsessing over every detail and dozens of takes (and no matter what it's never perfect)... hope the quality doesn't suffer too much!

Finally here is a video of my solo piece "Noodle Soup", which was composed one day while "noodling" over a chord progression involving a "soupy" synth-like sound. I had to splice different sections together since it's hard to play all the way through (funny, I get kind of nervous recording videos, it's like playing live in some ways even though there are no people around!) So sorry for the awkward splices/transitions, I'm not very good at video editing. This was my first public Stick performance Nov 5 2006, at the Gravity Lounge in Charlottesville, VA. Greg Howard organized a "Stick Convergence" concert which featured several different players. Not the best video quality and by no means a perfect performance but thought some people might be interested.
