A short tribute for Memorial Day and for all year to remember those who have given their lives in life and death to protect our way of life. Music "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" by Bob Dylan and Poem by William Wordsworth - 'Ode: Intimations of immortality'. "Memorial Day is a United States Federal Holiday that is observed on the last Monday of May. It was formerly known as Decoration Day. This holiday commemorates U.S. men and women who have died in military service to their country. It began first to honor Union soldiers who died during the American Civil War. After World War I, it was expanded to include those who died in any war or military action." "In 1972 Dylan signed onto Sam Peckinpah's film 'Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid', providing the songs and taking a role as "Alias", a minor member of Billy's gang. ... the song "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" has proven its durability, having been covered by over 150 recording artists." "Dylan recorded the final version of "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" at a session in February, this time on Warner Bros. Records' soundstage in Burbank, California. "It was very early in the morning," recalls drummer Jim Keltner. "I think the session was 10 a.m. and again it all fell into place...There weren't any overdubs on that, the singers were singing live, little pump organ, Roger McGuinn I think played [guitar]. This was for a particular scene in the movie when Slim Pickens is dying and that's the first time I ever cried while I played. It was the combination of the words, Bob's voice, the actual music itself, the changes, and seeing the screen...In those days you were on a big soundstage, and you had this massive screen that you can see on the wall, [with] the scene...running when you're playing. I cried through that whole take." -wikipedia

Michael is a big mouth. But I still think he is refreshing. Sicko actually made some really good points but when he talks about the war in Iraq and CNN you can't help but laugh. Especially since CNN made a name for itself off the first gulf war. Anyway, I like Mike.

photos plus video, I need a laugh...""Macarron Chacarron (usually shortened to Chacarron) is a hit Spanish-language song by El Chombo feat. Andy's Val Gourmet, both artists from Panama. The song has gained popularity on the internet because of its nonsense lyrics and odd music video, with an excerpt featured on many YTMND sites, the most popular being one with Batman bobbing his head. Due to its success on the Internet, many parody videos have appeared including a Shrek video and a Towlie video. Also, there was a Batman video called "Batman on Drugs". The song is also used in a popular youtube trilogy, Stick Figures on Crack, which the song is played while a stick figure is dancing in a strange fashion, except for in the third episode (Stick Figures on Crack 3), where Mario headbangs to the song. The song is sometimes falsely credited to "El Mudo," an underground Spanish Pop group.""

"In the Battle of Thermopylae of 480 BC, an alliance of Greek city-states fought the invading Persian Empire army at the pass of Thermopylae in central Greece. Vastly outnumbered, the Greeks held back the Persians for three days in one of history's most famous last stands. The fierce resistance of the Spartan-led army offered Athens the invaluable time to prepare for a decisive naval battle that would come to determine the outcome of the war. The subsequent Greek victory at the Battle of Salamis left much of the Persian Empire's navy destroyed and Xerxes I was forced to retreat back to Asia, leaving his army in Greece under Mardonius, who was to meet the Greeks in battle one last time. The Spartans assembled at full strength and led a pan-Greek army that defeated the Persians decisively at the Battle of Plataea, ending the Greco-Persian War and with it Persian Empire expansion into Europe."

BLACK recieved mixed reviews but overall its a good FPS game. The in game voice narrations were stupid, confusing, and annoying and the AI sucked. But explosion were cool and it has anti-terrorist/covert-ops plot. The sound was awsome and landscapes are done well, especially the bridge battle. (I recorded it in B/W with distorted sound to go for a real feel) Basically you play this game to blow off steam. (TIPS- use the pistols, set weapons on single shot for accurate long range, and remove the silencers they are waste)

Another pro military video. Why not. Some people keep submitting anti war crap so I'll just keep finding video clips to say the opposite message---support the troops. (the lyrics don't quite coincide at points though which is a little funny).

Exploring the debate. It's not an easy question because people die and civilians get in the way and I don't think anyone 'wants' war but sometimes there is no alternative accept to use force. It gets alot more done than protesting and smoking weed.

I'm just fooling around with fighting clips and angry animals. Some animals are meant to be left alone. (*Warning-contains scenes of people getting a good beating) Wanderlei I hear is actually a very nice guy, but he needs to get meaner if he wants to beat cro-cop.

This song is simply beautiful. Just because there are imperfections in America doesn't mean we all have to be haters and unpatriotic. "One day some of the other teachers and I decided to go on a trip to 14,000-foot Pikes Peak. We hired a prairie wagon. Near the top we had to leave the wagon and go the rest of the way on mules. I was very tired. But when I saw the view, I felt great joy. All the wonder of America seemed displayed there, with the sea-like expanse." 1893 Kathyryn Lee Bates

Tyson was an explosive fighter and we loved the big KO. I know Mike did some things that were unsportsman like and he didn't have the same nobility as Evander or Foreman but Tyson was a human being who needed guidance and Don King didn't help much. Mikes original trainer(seen in the video) was much more of a guide. I think this video is a good tribute.

I have friends and family in the military so I've done some tributes to the troops. Even though I'm reusing clips I think this one turned out pretty good. Many in the art community would never do anything pro-military, I'm not really sure why, but I have no qualms about intelligent patriotism or the proper use of force. God Bless America.

A short tribute to the great WW2 era prime minister of the United Kingdom. Although suffering setbacks in his own life he managed to lead a successful career as a politician, leader, and champion of democracy. (Stunk up the White House with his cigars) Helped rally Britain in it's valiant defense against Hitler. This is part of one his most famous speeches.
