In 2003 Palm Pictures introduced a DVD series highlighting the work of filmmakers who have helped re-define music videos and filmmaking over the last decade.
The Neistat Brothers were not included in this series. Instead of taking a decade to establish themselves as influential filmmakers, Van and Casey produced their "Directors Label" DVD without the assistance of Palm Pictures and organized alternative means of distribution.
