She was just 20... and she died in a car accident in 1993 in Moscow. The past time from the tragic accident, that stole Oksana's life, hasn't diminished this exceptional gymnast's memory in all the lovers. The spell of her sinuous movements has been persisting in people who were lucky enough to see her on the mat and discloses the basis of the rhythmic gymnastic to ones who follow this difficult sport: "the will to beauty". Kostina was the most expressive of the Soviet gymnasts. She can be remembered by all the RSG lovers for her delightful and expressive style, her technical work, her talent, and a really great kindness.
