Malta has no rivers but lots of limestone. The oldest freestanding buildings on earth, pre-dating even the Pyramids, are found on Malta. The Maltese word for God is Allah. Reportedly, Knights of Malta include: William Casey - CIA Director, John McCone - CIA Director, William Colby - CIA Director, William Donovan - OSS Director. The foundation stone of Valletta was laid by the Grandmaster of the Order of Saint John, Jean Parisot de la Valette, on 28 March 1566; The Order was the long-time ruler of Malta. Valletta boasts many buildings from the 16th century and onwards, but most of them were built during the time of the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem (the Knights Hospitaller, or Knights of Malta).

Leaving the city of Taroudannt, we encounter tree climbing goats and then reach the oasis and kasbah at Tioute where children can be seen riding donkeys. In 1952 the kasbah was used for the film Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.
