Here's me checking my mail in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade with my iPod Touch, same software as iPhone. The Windows Vista PC is running some free software called Beefree4iPhone. Excuse the video quality, it was dark inside, and I put the iPod Touch on to bright mode thinking it would help with the camera, which it didn't! Tip: Don't use a Nokia n95 has a close-up macro camera - everything will be out of focus. But you get the general idea of what I'm doing! The picture quality given to the iPhone/iPod Touch is nice and crisp, but the framerate isn't all that great. Ideal for remote admin when you don't have a laptop or desktop around.
