At the request of several users, im reviewing the E3 conferences, starting with Microsoft. stuff i missed (i will have notes next time!): THE HOSTS WERE CRAP Guitar Hero - Music Maker looks great but its all about the setlist in these games. Need more announcements. I loled at the zero reaction for Metallica. Rock band - Not too keen on the setlist, the first one had more of my type of music. It will be interesting to see how they work in the 'download your Rock Band 1 songs' without people just sharing the disc around. Portal - Still Alive. Great, though i reckon it will be on Steam for free and its NOT Portal 2. South Park...what the hell was that!?! XNA - meh, i wont buy any. Geometry Wars 2 and Galaga...WIN! And 360 seems to be the console of choice for RPG fans right now! + Fallout 3 + Resident Evil 5 + Banjo on XBLA + Final Fantasy 13 - New Dashboard - The Casual Games - The Host...crap

8/10 Only thing i missed out on was a lack of Motorstorm and Killzone. 2 hours was long enough though! Overall, 2 fairly decent shows and a crap one. Sony just edges it imo.

I am Tritex and this is my first attempt at playing through Zelda for a long time, inspired by xthemusic and his Let's Plays, I thought I'd give it a go and see how badly I fail at it. Welcome to the start of a long..long..LONG journey through the game Donkey Kong 64 done by myself. This was one of my top 10 favorite n64 games from when I was a kid, and seeing as xthemusic already did my favorite (Banjo-Kazooie) and Cypheron48 is doing the sequel (Banjo-Tooie) I decided I will do DK64 seeing as xthemusic grabbed CBFD too. I'm open to suggestions/hints on what to do because I WILL get lost a few parts and any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy!
