Los Van Van en Santiago de Cuba

Santiago de Cuba, 19 ene-06 Hasta las primeras horas de este jueves, los santiagueros pudimos disfrutar la magnifica presentación aquí, de Juan Formell y Los Van Van, una de las orquestas cubanas más aclamadas de todos los tiempos.
La Plaza de la Revolución Antonio Maceo acogió a miles de santiagueros que bailaron y disfrutaron de interpretaciones como, Después de todo, El Tren, y Chapeando uno de los últimos éxitos de la agrupación, con el cual titula Formell el más reciente disco compacto del colectivo.
La ocasión fue propicia para que el Presidente del Poder Popular Municipal Luis Enrique Ibañez, entregara a Juan Formell la llave de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba.
La presencia aquí de Formell y Los Van Van es parte de una gira nacional que este año auspicia el Instituto Cubano de la Música y que también los llevará a Manzanillo, Bayamo, Holguín, Las Tunas y Villa Clara. Después continuarán por Cienfuegos, Sancti Spíritus, Ciego de Ávila y Camagüey, donde concluirá el 29 de enero la primera etapa del recorrido.

Santiago of Cuba, 19 ene-06 Until the first hours of this Thursday, the santiagueros could enjoy magnifies presentation here, of Juan Formell and Van Van, one of the more acclaimed Cuban orchestras for all time.
The Seat of the Revolution Antonio Maceo welcomed in thousands of santiagueros that danced and enjoyed interpretations like, After all, the Train, and Plating one of the last successes of the grouping, with which Formell titles the most recent compact disc of the group .
The occasion was propitious so that the President of the People´s Power Municipal Luis Enrique Ibañez, gave to Juan Formell the key of the city of Santiago of Cuba.
The presence of Formell and Van Van is part of a national tour here that this year supports the Cuban Institute of the Music and that also will take them to Manzanillo, Bayamo, Holguín, the Tunas and Villa Clara. Later they will continue by Cienfuegos, Sancti Spíritus and Camagüey, where the first stage of the route will conclude the 29 of January.
