This video shows two things, one is that no horn is needed to safely pass under this under pass. The second thing it shows is how annoying some of these drivers are. Notice at 44 seconds the passenger is throwing trash out the window, these people really have no respect at all for our community. The underpass is lined with broken bottles, fast food trash and old nip bottles. Its a shame as the court system lets incarcerated man come out and clean this area a few times a year. And us free people choose to throw trash out the window. That is not what freedom is about.
