Charlie: Thanks Stephano. So, Ulli you've got financing problems?
Ulli: More like timing problems. I'll get the money but not as quickly as I would like.
Charlie: It has to be quick now again?
Ulli: Why waiting? Mrs. Schneider would you be okay with paying by installments?
Charlie: But of course.
Ulli: Good. I would have to sell my apartment overnight otherwise so, for my part, everything is clear now.
Charlie: Ulli, I'm just thinking about something else.
Ulli: You don't want to sell the Bistro to me anymore?
Charlie: Nonsense, but if you could sell the apartment the money would be enough, wouldn't it?
Ulli: More or less, if I get a good price for it.
Charlie: I've considered to buy some real estate for a while now, so why not yours? I like it and it would be sort of a countertrade.
Ulli: That's a great idea! But one thing is very importamt to me. That the flat share can keep living there.
Charlie: Well, I want the apartmant as an asset and if I've got nice renters even better.
Ulli: Well then, the apartment is yours.
Charlie: Really? I don't want you to rush something again.
Ulli: No, really.
Charlie: Well, first it has to be quick, then not, and now quick again. Ulli is there a reason for this back and forth? It has has nothing to do with my nephew Oliver, has it?
Ulli: No, of course not.
Ulli: Just a moment, I have to tell you something.
Tom: Us?
Ulli: Everyone that lives here.
Christian: Well, if it's not going to be a three hours speech.
Ulli: Don't worry, are you all listening? Oliver and Tom know it already, I'm going to sell this apartment.
Alexa: Great.
Christian: Do we have to look for something else now?
Jonas: Within the next twenty-four hours probably?
Ulli: I'm selling to Charlie Schneider, so nothing will change for you, except the account for paying the rent.
Alexa: Lucky for you.
Christian: Okay, bye.
Olli: Bye.
Jonas: Oh, my shift is starting any minute. Got to run, see you later!
Olli: Later.
Tom: Bye.
Olli: I think I'm going to take a bath.
Tom: At this time of the day?
Olli: You only take baths in the evening? Too bad, would have invited you otherwise.
Alexa: Gee, you two are so annoying, aren't they?
Tom: Well, maybe I'll make an exception today.
Olli: I'll call you when the bathtube is full.
Tom: All right.
Alexa: I'm going. Alexa Seifert. Ah Lara, wait a moment, I'm going to my room, so we can talk undisturbed.
Tom: Finally alone. Why did Charlie buy the apartment anyway?
Ulli: Was some kind of deal between us.
Tom: In exchange for the Bistro?
Ulli: Yes. I really didn't want to risk that another vendee would give you people a hard time. I've been the cause of enough of a flurry already.
Tom: Ulli, that was hardly your fault.
Ulli: Nice to say of you Tom, but if I hadn't popped up here, you wouldn't have fought with Olli.
Tom: Well that's all resolved now, and part of a relationship anyway. We also fought back in the day.
Ulli: But not all the time.
Tom: That's right.
Ulli: Tom? It was really nice back then ...
Olli: Tom!
Tom: Yeah?
Olli: You can come now!
Tom: On the way!
Ulli: Have fun.
Tom: Too bad you have to leave already.
Olli: Everything done with Charlie?
Ulli: Yes, there's just the appointment with the notary left this afternoon. To sign the contracts for the Bistro and the apartment.
Tom: I'm really glad Charlie is going to be our new landlord.
Ulli: I sure wouldn't have sold to some kind of rent shark.
Olli: Maybe we should all go inline-skating in celebration?
Tom: Cool idea.
Ulli: I don't have my inline-skates with me.
Olli: Jonas' should fit you.
Tom: Some work out will be good for you. You'll spent five hours in the car tomorrow after all.
Ulli: Very thoughtful, but I can't.
Tom: No excuses!
Ulli: No really, I've got to take care of a few things. Otherwise I would be up for it.
Tom: Well then it's just the two of us.
Olli: I like that too.
Tom: That doesn't count, you outdistanced me!
Olli: Oh gee, can't you not begrudge me my small victory?
Tom: Somebody feeling neglected?
Olli: Not anymore.
Tom: Don't worry, Ulli will be gone soon now.
Olli: He could have stayed another few days as far as I'm concerned.
Tom: Well, one shouldn't overstrain anything.
Olli: Don't you believe me?
Tom: I'm not sure.
Olli: I'm really not jealous anymore.
Tom: No reason for that anyway. Let's go?
Olli: Fine with me.
Tom: Maybe Ulli is back now and we can do something together?
Olli: Not with me unfotunately. I've got to work soon.
Tom: I see. In a hurry today, are you?
Olli: Huh?
Tom: You'll work double as fast with the skates on.
Olli: Haha. Guess what, I even have shoes for changing at the bar.
Tom: Very smart.
Olli: Indeed. Or do you need me as a chaperon for Ulli after all?
Tom: See you later.
Olli: Be good and keep out of mischief!
