Edit: If you may have noticed at the end of the segment, I was confused about the "Princess" comment Ricky had made. I thought it was pertaining to the Princess Dianna concept; rather, after my colleague Timmy told me, it was meant to talk about Princess Dianna of Wales. Since we were both talking about Wales a few moments before, this would make much more sense. My apologies for the mix-up. The Zombies - Sticks and Stones (Recorded by The Zombies in 1964, composed by Titus Turner) July 19, 2008 @ The Canyon Club, Agoura Hills, California 07/19/2008 *LYRICS PROVIDED BELOW* Our seventh summer concert took us on another trip to The Canyon Club located in Agoura Hills, California. There we saw the Zombies perform. We have stated, in earlier reviews, that we love the British Invasion bands of the 1960s. The Zombies seem to have contributed something very unique with their excellent harmonizing, interesting melodies/lyrics, and one-of-a-kind lead vocals. This band did not disappoint. Remember, this band did not have many hits before their breakup. The hits they did have were great (She's Not There, Time of the Season, Tell Her No). The other songs will probably be new to most viewers. There are some new songs as well as some from past individual solo efforts. Each song had significance to the band and provided an intimate glimpse into their music. Please go see The Zombies. This was a very crowd-pleasing show. My wife and I enjoyed this concert very much, and do recommend that you seek out one of these performances.
