Stands for:
Dual Character Limited License Board Balthier Magick-Restricted Fran Attack-Restricted
The Rules
- Balthier is only allowed to attack physically
- Fran is only allowed to use magicks [Attack command virtually 'Sealed']
- Fran gets all the magicks.
- Both characters can learn Quickenings for attack [Balthier, Fran must be switched out!] or siphoning and MP-pooling [Fran]
- Both have a restricted amount of Technicks
- Both have a restricted amount of Augments
- Both have a restricted amount of weapons/armours
- All items and accessories allowed
- No power levelling until the Bahamut is available
- Guests allowed, but there must only be 2 characters on the screen AT A TIME [meaning you have to switch the other out if you use Guests]
- Until both of the characters are available the game must be played as a NLB [I did a single Dustia with Vaan to boost him to lv 5, that's it]
Restrictions
Following Technicks are allowed for:
Both: Steal, Libra, Poach, 1000 Needles, Gil Toss
Balthier: Souleater, First Aid, Infuse, Expose, Wither, Telekinesis, Bonecrusher, Sight Unseeing
Fran: Horology, Traveler, Shear, Charm, Addle, Shades of Black, Revive, Numerology, Stamp, Achilles
Following Augments are allowed for:
Both: Swiftness, Potion Lore, Ether Lore, Phoenix Lore, Remedy Lore
Balthier: All HP augments, Shield Block, Battle Lore, Brawler, Adrenaline, Last Stand, Focus
Fran: Spellbound, Headsman, Martyr, Inquisitor, Channelling, Magic Lore, Warmage, Spellbreaker, Serenity
Following Weapons/Armours are allowed for:
Balthier: Heavy/Light Armor, Shields, Swords, Spears, Axes/Hammers, Guns, Daggers, Katanas, Ninja Blades, Greatswords
Fran: Mystic/Light Armor, Shields, *Rods, Staves, Measures, Maces, Hand-bombs, Bows, Crossbows, Poles
*Weapons for Fran as they may have stat boosts or spell boosts
Custom Rules:
- Ultimate weapons only available POST-DRAKLOR only.
- NO GAMBITS, FASTEST SPEED [my added rule, add any if you like]
