Idealy this video was meant to be much longer and represent properly what i can do.. but then i hurt my shoulder and havent been able to train because of stupid levels of uni work :( so i decided just to make this anyway just to show people what i have been doing in Sheffield im finlay back to fitness back/ wrist problems gone :D hence why there is more flips in this, i know my kicks and stuff are shit but im working on improving flexibility a lot lately! hopefuly shoulder will heal quickly aswell.. however i hope you enjoy :) cant wait for summer now!!! feedback and constructive critiscm welcomed! * WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY* normal quality sucks :( Hello :) This is my Summer Video of 2008. I have had the most awesome summer training! Improved so much, and met and trained with so many cool people you know who you are! There's too many to list lol Basically my back is completely better again :D , Feb. 2007 to march 2008 was a frustrating time, couldn't really train much or progress especially with flips! I now feel in the best shape physically and mentally of my life and am really happy to be training again to my full potential and get all my flips back: P Basically just loving training every type of movement at the moment! Still got so much more to learn and I feel I could push myself so much more just need a bit more self confidence with certain movements. Thanks to any who has held the camera for me especially Toby my camera bitch :P Thanks to Frank as well for filming the best clip in it , i.e. the bail haha If you want to train I'm living back in Sheffield at the moment, at Uni :) Hope you enjoy the video :D!! Due to popular demand from college i have decided to upload this lol This hurt like hell luckily i hit the wall in between my jaw and cheek bone otherwise i wreckon i would of broken either one of them lol turn it speakers up makes a horrible sound haha i was just expreminteing with diffrent movements i did this "combonation" fine before hand so i dunno what went wrong i think just overbalnced on the reverse..

I was in Redhill last saturday and we found a ball of string so we made a "spidersweb". So i decided to do it in my front room but with some climbing rope. This training excersise is particulary good for rainy days lol its great fun and makes you think creativley and improves your control. have a go yourselves :)
