Rubi's plan worked!! Her evil plan to steal her best-friend's fiance, Hector and run off with him to get married worked!! Since Hector was too scared to break it off with Maribel. The wedding day starts off. After rumors started flying around in the church where everybody including Maribel were waiting for Hector and Rubi to show up to start the wedding. The rumors were that Hector ran off with Rubi, but nobody believed it, until one of Rubi's friends goes to the church and said she saw them together kissing when she was going to pick up Rubi for the wedding and that they are heading to the airport now. Everybody in shock with the news. Alejandro, Mairbel, Alejandro's sister and her boyfriend run off to the airport and in search for them. Maribels sees them, but due to her pain and leg problems she can't catch up to them and everybody else gets there to late as Hector and Rubi board the plane.
