Shawnee Mission Medical Center will host its fourth live surgical Webcast on February 28 at 6:30 p.m. CST (00:30 UTC), when bariatric surgeon Stan Hoehn, MD, performs a minimally invasive Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass procedure.
Considered the "gold standard" of weight-loss surgery, this procedure is widely viewed as the safest and most effective means of achieving long-term weight loss.
