- At 17 Richard Armitage (Peter Macduff) joined a circus in Budapest for 6 weeks to gain his Equity Card. His first major role was in the BBC drama Sparkhouse (2002). After a variety of supporting roles in the TV productions of Between the Sheets, Cold Feet (series 5), and Ultimate Force (Series 2), he landed his first leading role, that of John Thornton in the BBC drama North and South based on the novel by Elizabeth Gaskell. In 2005, he starred in the BBC's The Impressionists, in which he played the young Claude Monet, and as Dr Alec Track in ITV's The Golden Hour. He has appeared on stage in Royal Shakespeare Company productions and also in various musicals, including Cats. In 2006 Armitage took on the major role of Sir Guy of Gisborne in the BBC series Robin Hood. He also appeared in a two-part Christmas special of The Vicar of Dibley, as Harry Kennedy - the vicar's new love interest (and eventual husband). On 8 April 2007 he starred in George Gently, a one-off detective drama, with Martin Shaw and Lee Ingleby. Armitage played biker Ricky Deeming. On 9 May, he appeared in the BBC Four production of Miss Marie Lloyd - Queen of The Music Hall as part of their 'Edwardian' season in May 2007. He played Marie Lloyd's 1st husband, Percy Courtenay. He also appeared in the Granada TV production of Agatha Christie's novel 'Ordeal by Innocence'. He plays the character of Philip Durrant. Richard joins the cast of 'Spooks' in 2008 for series 7, as the character Lucas North. He is involved in producing a drama based on the life of Richard III.
- Joseph Millson (Billy) is an English theatre and television actor, born in Berkshire in 1974. In 2006 he appeared in the Royal Shakespeare Company's Complete Works Festival as Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing and Bastard in King John. Other theatre appearances include the Spanish Golden Age Season at the RSC in 2004; As You Like It with the Peter Hall Company, Bath; The Lifted Veil (one man show) and Pillars of the Community at the National. Millson has also appeared in many TV programmes, including his role as Dr. Sam Morgan over five series of Peak Practice. He also had a regular role in BBC soap EastEnders as Jason James, the ex-fiancee of Lynne Slater. Other television appearances include roles in The Romantics (as Lord Byron), Holby City and Doctors. In 2007, he starred in two high-profile limited-run dramas. In the teen-targeted The Sarah Jane Adventures (a Doctor Who spin-off), he enjoys a recurring co-starring role as Alan Jackson, the father of Maria Jackson. Meanwhile, he was one of the three main stars of the adult drama, Talk To Me and had a small film role as Carter in the Bond film Casino Royale (2006).
- Toby Kebbell (Malcolm) is an English actor. Kebbell's breakthrough came when Shane Meadows cast him in the role of Anthony in the film Dead Man's Shoes. For his performance in Dead Man's Shoes, Kebbell was nominated for Most Promising Newcomer at the British Independent Film Awards. Kebbell then appeared in Oliver Stone's Alexander and Match Point, which Woody Allen cast him in after being impressed with his performance in Dead Man's Shoes. His most critically acclaimed role came in 2007 when he played Rob Gretton, the manager of Joy Division in Anton Corbijn's award-winning biopic of Ian Curtis, Control. In December 2007, Kebbell took the lead in an episode of Jimmy McGovern's BAFTA winning BBC drama The Street. His next role saw him playing a gangster in Guy Ritchie's latest offering, RocknRolla, opposite Gerrard Butler and Thandie Newton.
