Rock / Alternative / Acoustic A four-piece rock band from North Hollywood, CA with huge plans for the future. A DARK DECEMBER has been spinning quite a few heads. With a sound so unique and melodic it puts them in a different category of their own. Forming only in early March of 2003, A DARK DECEMBER has come a long way and pushed them selves very hard only to mature into "SOMETHING MORE". The band decided to cram into a crowded two bedroom Apt in North Hollywood, CA. That is where the blue prints for songs started turning up, such as "Out of Breath", "Suit & Tie Reflections" & "A Song for You". These Songs have so much energy and emotion in them" says Lead Singer Cole Strem. The band flows together brilliantly by molding all of their own individual styles as one. Taproot, Sevendust, Alice in Chains, Mike Patton, Incubus, Four Star Youth sprang to life in March of 2006 as a side project for guitarist Joshua Buma and bassist Bill Gower, however it was quickly clear that the music they were creating was far too good to simply be dismissed as an occasional indulgence. Steve Pedersen soon found his way into their Sherman Oaks studio, and he provided the voice that fit perfectly in line with the hard hitting yet melodic sound. Lonnie Miller soon joined as their drummer in May and the band played their first show in June. Extensive recording soon followed, and Four Star Youth's music is already captivating people nationwide. In October, FSY was happy to announce that Mike Bartak has joined the band as the second guitar player. Look for Four Star Youth at a venue near you!

While influenced by bands such as Black Sabbath, Pantera, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Tool and Mudvayne, Pariaus combines their energetic playing style, personalities and individual influences into a sound that is uniquely all their own. Originally conceived at a recording school in North Hollywood California, Pariaus unleashed their fury on the L.A. metal scene with a debut performance at the legendary Viper Room in June 06'. With no sterotypical frontman at the healm, Lance and Rob T. take turns unleashing their inner demons vocally, all the while maintaining guitar riffs that rip to the bone. Rob Black's Earth shaking bass lines and Shawn's thunderous kick drums tie everything together into one solid, tight package. Hell hath no fury...unless Pariaus is there to fuel it.
