I had this bike (mostly for commuting) some time ago. Reliable and easy handleing, this little brave bike never let me down. In Japan, bikes under 400cc don't need to pay "SHAKEN", the very expensive bi-anual tax/revision for cars and big bikes.

Just installed the Two Brothers exhaust on my ZZR250. Here's a short sound clip. I've ridden with it for a while and the noise isn't too bad. It may get annoying on the highway. The tone is low and doesn't sound like a sport touring bike at all. But it definately sounds more aggressive than stock.

This video shows how to access the headlight bulb for an EX250. This will allow you to replace a bulb if a filament burns out in the high or low beam, or if the bulb becomes damaged. No need to pay a mechanic to do this, it will take you about 20 minutes tops. http://www.ninja250.com

This is a quick review of some flushmount front turn signals I got from www.asiancycle.com What I liked: - The match the bike well (shape and color). - They were pretty inexpensive. - They shipped pretty quick. - I wrote them before and got actual replies (not bad for foreign company). What I didn't like: - The turn signal didn't sit perfectly centered on the base plate. But came out better than I expected. - The screws provided we just "okay". - I had to cut into the fairing in order to complete the install. Its not TOO bad. But the site should have clearly mentioned what was involved.

riding around a bit.. did a wheelie or 2. basically this is for all those people who think an ex 250 will get run over on a highway.. just watch how fast the speedo climbs. not as fast as a 1000 but it does move faster than most any car out there.. watch at 1:35 the guy on the left in the van nearly runs me off the road..

Without the powertip the sound was wayyyy too loud. The powertip claims to reduce the sound by 1-2db. It's much more comfortable more because it takes away most of the "brap brap" noise.
