Some random guy gets cuffed and stuffed after he gets pulled over. The location is in Dobbs Ferry, New York at the diner on the corner of Rt.9 and Ashford Avenue. The guy gets arrested for what seems to be no reason at all. He drove into the parking lot, when there were no cops, and then all of a sudden, the cop car directly behind him pulls in and calls him out on the PA system. At this point, the Supervisor (a sergeant) pulls up in his SUV behind the first car and then a third car pulls up from the other side of the dude's Beamer. Now, the first cop cuffs the man and puts him in his car, and the 4 cops (Supervisor, 1 cop in the first car, and 2 cops in the second car) begin tearing the dude's car apart and searching it for whatever. it looked like they didn't even have a search warrant, but they could have had probable cause...I don't know, I could be wrong. Anyway, the dude gets busted, and I would have filmed more, but my food arrived at my table and I was hungry, lol. I am the dude who is talking the loudest (since I was holding the camera, obviously), the other dude talking was the waiter, and the women were one of the waitresses and a woman in the booth next to mine. The reason I keep moving the camera is because the cop who was arresting the man kept looking at me filming them. The video was filmed on July 19th, 2007.
