Rose is in her late teens.
She's a native of a small European country called Freedonia.
She's sharp, tenacious, and a bit curious.
You can use an American accent if you'd like. Or European accent (French, Norwegian, New Zealand, etc.) would be great, because it will lend itself to the atmosphere. But it can't be too overbearing (i.e. people can't understand you)
Rose is investigating the serial murders that are occurring in the small town.
She's also got some curiosity about America, since she's never traveled abroad.
