Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup sesame oil
1/2 cube tofu
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Yoshita's
1 canned stir fry mix
2 cups bean sprouts
1 1/2 cups snap peas/carrots/other veggies
"Dash" poultry seasoning
"Dash" ginger
"Dash" granulated garlic
"Dash" sesame seeds
1-2 cups rice
Recipe:
1- Add the olive oil and sesame oil to the already hot wok.
2- Add the tofu chunks.
3- Add the soy sauce and Yoshita's.
4- Add the canned stir fry mix.
5- Add the beans sprouts
6- Add the snap peas, carrots or other veggies.
7- Add poultry seasoning, ginger, granulated garlic and sesame seeds to your liking.
8- Start the rice in a separate pot.
9- Let stir fry simmer for a few minutes
10- Serve with the rice and enjoy!
