This is in the same area as my previous video about the 37th heart Piece. This chest has something else in it when you go to the fortress as an adult link. I forget what it is now, but i think its one of the heart pieces. Who knows why the developers put this here? And it has no time limit to get it to the potion shop, like the other one. Although I don't think you can use this one as an adult, as it appears in the kid temp items slot. Yes I used Gameshark to get into the fortress as a kid. Its even cooler to face the gerudo thieves as a kid!
