This is a video compilation about the last films footage known of the Thylacine.

NOTE: Click on the revised version (video response) to avoid a not-so-soothing ending. Can't sleep? Need to relax? From the DVD "Soothing Tasmanian Scenes," this video features two amazing sunrises from the shores of Tasmania's east coast. The first is from the Bay of Fires, second is in Frecynet National Park. Music by Darshan Ambient...the song is called "The Ghost of Summer Dreams." 1 of 3 Soothing Tasmanian Scenes included on my Visual Guide to Tasmania. I fall asleep to this video on repeat almost every night, and it is all possible thanks to the amazing ambient music by Darshan Ambient (Michael Allison). Part of my Visual Guide to Tasmania, on my DVD Portfolio.

Both major parties have approved GUNN's proposed pulp mill in the Tamar Valley. This is despite widespread public opposition to the project and the fact that only the potential impact on migratory species and the marine environment has been assessed. The damaging impact the mill could have on native forests, air pollution and local businesses such as fishing and tourism has not been looked into by either the minister or the chief scientist. With both Labor and Liberal strongly behind the mill, the Australian Greens is the only party to have come out strongly against it. A vote for the Greens this election will be a vote against the pulp mill in the Tamar Valley and a vote for a sustainable future.

This is exciting .....Targa Rally Prologue 180 KM/Hour plus a new record 3.13 in using EBC Brakes. This is the toughest test ever on brakes, tarmac, slick tyres, repeated braking every 200 metres from speeds most people have never seen .One mistake or brake failure here and you're in someone's front garden with a lawnmower wrapped round your neck. Incredible scenes to watch. Well done to Matt and Casey Close the driver and nav.
