Parent Training for Oppositional-Defiant Preschoolers

The original operant model for modifying oppositional behavior of young children was developed by Dr. Constance Hanf in 1969. It included spanking, as described here, as a backup to time-out. Dr. Hanf's original model is present in several clinical child psychology texts.
