The building will be made up of 80 floors, with an apartment on each floor. The rotating building is made possible by 79 giant power-generating wind turbines. As well as the rotation, the wind turbines will also provide enough energy to power the entire building and feed extra energy back into the grid. There are two buildings planned at the moment. The world's tallest current and future skyscrapers. I've been a fan of buildings since my earliest years and always had books about the tallest of the tall and legos to give it a shot myself. I have been a bit out of the loop, but with recent "supertalls" popping up everywhere, i decided to get back into it and compile a video about them. Note: Spires count, Antennas do not. Future buildings are only included, if groundbreaking has occurred. The Abraj Al Bait Towers are just too odd to get a spot in this, maybe later when the final shape emerges :) Sorry for the occasionally jerky motion, but YT converted the video down from 30 to 25fps which probably causes juddering.
