Skipton Building Society Camerata was formed in 2004 with the aim of presenting high quality, professional classical music in an accessible manner. They have retranslated operas, commissioned pieces from young composers and performed little known works to complement their critically acclaimed performances of major works including Mozart's Requiem, Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony and Bach's Double Violin concerto.
