Hey guys, I finally decided I needed to get serious about bulking up and start working out and getting on a specific diet to gain.
I'm currently 140 lbs and 6'2" and I don't want to stop growing up, just gain some weight and muscle along with the tallness.
First, I need help finding a diet that fits my life, a high school one, and one that will bulk me up and fill me with protein, calories, and carbs, as well as natural fats and oils.
I only have about 20 mins to eat in the morning, therefor i need a quick meal. I will probably make a protein shake and have some cooked eggs for breakfast before school. Then I need a high calorie snack to bring to school.
At lunch, I'll eat 2 chicken sandwiches that come out to about 800 calories and 40g of protein, which is great.
I get off school in mid-afternoon and will then need a mid-day snack before I work out, probably one high in carbs right?
Then it's time to work-out, and have a protein shake after I'm done.
I think I'll get the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey one because it seems the best.
And then finally I'll need a high calorie/high protein dinner.
Any ideas?
And make sure to tell me what you think of the work-out schedule I made and have shown at the end of the video.
Tell me if its too much or if I need to change it around some...or if there's any other exercises I can add to it.
Feel free to email me your answers to these at riptide013@aol.com, or send me a personal message through YouTube.
Thanks!
