Allow me to post the full lyrics on the video's page, but the line you're thinking of is actually "Take you to Echo tonight" referring to a local park in Price Hill (located close to the college campus Rich attended). The park was known as the "ideal" ending date location...as it were, because of the great view of downtown cincinnati as well as the fact that it was off of a christian campus and therefore security/purity measures were not present. Your confusion in the line is probably the poor sound quality of the camera being used.
