I watched the news today,
Some man talking about change we can believe in,
But me, I'm a political heathen,
Don't believe much in anything,
At the tender age of thirteen,
I watched my people turn their back on the truth,
Don't see what you don't want to see,
The joke's on you,
And if all this is is pretty words,
Feel free to call me crazy,

So it's my responsibility,

They should open their eyes and see,
