When Vladimir Putin steps down as Russian President after eight years in office, he'll be remembered for making massive changes within his country.
But one issue that's shown little sign of improvement is racial attacks. Violence leaves dozens of people dead every year and injures many more. A recent Amnesty International report went so far as to described racist violence in Russia as "out of control."

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, attended this year by President Dmitry Medvedev, brings together the world business and political elite to discuss key economic issues facing Russia and the world. Traditional participants include presidents, prime ministers, heads of government and ministers from a number of countries, as well as the international business tycoons and editors from leading global media publications.
The deals signed at the 11th International Economic Forum recently held in Russia's St. Petersburg amount to $US 13.5 BLN. The organisers hail the event as a great success, but the forum's importance has gone beyond Russia's economy.
Probably not many people play Hitman 2: Silent Assassin anymore, especially with the release of Hitman: Blood Money. Nonetheless, I felt like making videos showing techniques to getting Silent Assassin ranks on the Hitman 2 missions. This movie is of Mission 2: St. Petersburg Stakeout.
