Boris Johnson unable to give a cost for the replacement of bendy buses in London. This was Boris' first and only policy for many months and he is still now unable to say how much it would cost. First he said it would cost just £8 million, now he doesn't seem to have any idea at all. A truly awful performance from the candidate for Mayor of London. Even Jeremy Paxman seems at a loss.
