NOTE: Some of the phenomena that I refer to as Light Energy Beings ('LEBs') are visibly moving around from 2 minutes & 30 seconds to 2 minutes & 37 seconds and from 2 minutes & 50 seconds to the end.
Some are possibly projected by perpetrators of the MK-ULTRA project with laser technology for example. However, due to the countless occurrences of this phenomena, some more difficult to achieve through technology alone than others, I suspect an overlap:
a) Actual supernatural/extraterrestrial activity;
b) Projections by the MK-ULTRA perpetrators meant to cause targets the impression of even more supernatural/extraterrestrial phenomena than what have been directed to them.
