http://mridangalessons.com If your heads are loose this is what you need to do. Go all around and than roll the rest of the strap and tuck it in as it was. To avoid the lower head getting too tight put a piece of cloth equivalent one or two gamsas under the big head and have another person basically sit on the drum or push it down while tightening. This is how I saw it done. I am not liable for any screw ups on your side. (i.e. you pulling hard and breaking straps etc.)

This was the kirtan maharaj done before giving his class. This was the first lecture maharaj gave in the manor after his health problems. Me on the mridanga and a brahmachari on the harmonium.My bro had the phone and did tilt it a bit but you can still see maharaj, he also forgot to take it off night mode but that dont matter, the movements will look slow thats all.
