Update: Please consider that this was my first time using the camera that I used, so the cloud formations may not appear to be clear because I didn't know much about color settings. Also, consider that this was my first time ever filming a storm of any kind, and I know that "big lightning" is an improper phrase to use; it just excited me (first time filming and all). The camera captures only the endpoint of the bolt, but the entire discharge was actually very long. The point of the video is not to express how bad my grammar or reactions can be (not that everyone is accusing me of such things, because not everyone is.) I just want to show some nice-looking storm clouds, a bit of lightning, and a little thunder.

Basically, I decided to try taking storm video with my new digital camera. This is amateur video of mammatus clouds in Orchard Park, NY. I also captured the ending of a lightning bolt, but not the whole thing considering I was shooting in the wrong direction. The whole bolt was much bigger. Still, it is pretty clouds and lightning.
