For beter sound quality, click here: http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=3qyT4Hxl4ck&fmt=18 it will reload the page, but then with high quality. no joke! Finally, the GOOD version, of the Reunion Fanvid I wanted to make. Reunion was recorded in 2004 for the Detroit Deli (A Taste of Detroit) album. It features Dilla on the first verse, T3 and Elzhi rap about former member of Slum Village : Baatin. For those who still don't believe this was black milk produced. Read this : This was an official album track, on detroit deli. Produced by Black Milk. It's pretty I even got a quote of T3 stating this (The quote is on wikipedia to!: "A lot of people think that's a Dilla track, but it was produced by Black Milk, Dilla is just rapping on it. Basically what happened was me and [producer] Young RJ went over Dilla's house, playing joints for him off the album 'cause we wanted to work with him on it. We played a couple joints and he picked to rap on that one. Originally it was supposed to be me, him, Baatin and Elzhi, but Baatin at the time wasn't feeling doing anything Slum Village. Me and Elzhi already had our verses, then Dilla put his "rep mo' D than 12 Eminems" verse down, then Elzhi said, "You know what, I'ma keep it real. I'ma tell people what really happened with Baatin cause they lookin at us like, 'T3 kicked Baatin out.'" I didn't kick him out, he left the group. Elzhi wanted to tell the truth and he did it. That's when he put his "unlawful demons" verse down. He called Baatin up maybe like a week after he did it and was still asking him to get on the song, but Baatin never did. It was supposed to be four of us but Baatin was going through his whole struggle. I'm kind of mad that we never got to make a reunion LP, 'cause me and Dilla always talked about doing it. It's kind of upsetting that we didn't get to close the Slum Village chapter like that. Now it's at a point like, where do we go from here?" Dilla didn't have a lot of beats for Slum Village, he only did one beat on that album, and that was the beat of Do You. Also, Black Milk had collaborated with Dilla earlier, together with Young RJ, on the Dirty District 2 mixtape they did the song Do Ya Thang (Featuring J.Dilla), Dilla didn't have anything against Black Milk . And he chose the beat of black milk. So are you guys convinced now?

Tony Allen - Asiko Born August 12, 1940 in Lagos, Nigeria, Tony is a Nigerian drummer, composer, and songwriter. As drummer and musical director of Fela Anikulapo Kuti's band Africa 70 from 1968 to 1979, Tony Allen was one of the primary co-founders of the genre of Afrobeat music. Fela once stated that, "without Tony Allen, there would be no Afrobeat." He has also been described by Brian Eno as "perhaps the greatest drummer who has ever lived." J Dilla sampled this song for Common's 2nd track "HEAT" on Like Water Chocolate. No one can chop it better so leave it alone(this means you mr. beatmaker). RIP Dilla!

James Dewitt Yancey (February 7, 1974--February 10, 2006), better known as J Dilla, or Jay Dee, was an acclaimed Hip-Hop producer who emerged from the mid-1990s underground Hip-Hop scene in Detroit, Michigan. He began his career as a member of the group Slum Village, and was also a driving force in the production trio The Ummah. Yancey started his career under the name "Jay Dee" (based on his initials) but used the name "J Dilla" from 2001 on. Many critics believe J Dilla's work to have had a major influence on his peers, and that he embodied the neo soul sound, playing a defining yet understated role during the sub-genre's rise (roughly from the mid-90s to the early 2000s). J Dilla was often dubbed "your favorite producer's favorite producer", and was highly regarded by mainstream artists and producers such as Common, Kanye West, A Tribe Called Quest, Just Blaze, Busta Rhymes, Pharrell Williams, and ?uestlove. Posthumous Releases and Legacy Aside from Donuts, Dilla completed or nearly completed two more full length releases, during his illness. The first, The Shining, was released on August 8, 2006 by BBE Records. Final production of the album was handled posthumously by Karriem Riggins, whom Dilla had asked to help with the album. According to Riggins, The Shining was "75% completed when Dilla died." Rest in Beats J Dee On November 27, 2007, Busta Rhymes and Mick Boogie released Dillagence, a mixtape of older, and newer previously unreleased tracks featuring the MC over J Dilla productions. The compilation was made free for download from the web.
