OFFICIALS SAY BRUSH HERE HASN'T BURNED IN FIVE DECADES...AND IT MAKES FOR RIPE FUEL.CREWS ALSO WILL WORK OVERNIGHT...SETTING CONTAINED BACK FIRES...TO BURN OFF DRY KINDLING...
