"Blade Runner" Oscar Pistorius becomes the first disabled athlete to compete with the abled-bodied runners in a major event in the Mens 400m in the British Grand Prix at the Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield on the 15th of July 2007.
Despite "beating" Olympic champion Jeremy Wariner (who pulled up after a stumble at the start), Pistorius was dissapointingly disqualified for running out of his lane.
